Delivery Charges

Small Feet Shoe’s charge for delivery within UK, Europe and for the rest of the World, please select your shoes and select shipping option in checkout for a quotation.  Additional pairs of shoes ordered all delivery charges are increased depending on the number of pair’s ordered from us.  For a quotation please select the number of pairs required within the checkout and click on estimate delivery charges.  If you need any help then please email us.


Delivery Schedule

In Stock Items - Small Feet Shoes will dispatch all shoe’s from our In Stock selection within two business days via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded post, so you can expect your item to be delivered within 5 working day’s.  For Europe your order is sent via Royal Mail Standard Air mail, therefor you should receive your order within 5-10 Working days.  For the rest of the world items are sent International Air Mail via Royal Mail and should be delivered with 10-14 working days.  As soon as your item is dispatched you will receive an email from us to notify you.

Made To Order - Most of our shoes are hand made or made to order for you there for delivery will be longer than our in stock items.  Delivery will usually be sent to you within 14 WORKING DAYS from the date you place your order for the UK and up to 21 WORKING DAYS for our international customers. Please note during our busy period delivery may be delayed, therfore if your item is needed for an occasion then please let us know when placing your order.  As soon as your item is dispatched you will receive an email from us to notify you.

PLEASE NOTE: Order's placed which include both in stock item's and made to order item's on the same order number will be dispatched together. If you wish for eg the in stock item to be sent separately then please place separate order's with us.  

Polite Notice: We cannot always guarantee these specific time scales as some of our shoes are hand made to order in locations across the world.  Delivery may sometimes get held up when clearing customs within the UK before we can send to you, of course should this happen and your item be delayed we will notify you to keep you fully up to date with your order.  80% of items are delivered within this time schedule but advise to order early especially if they are for a specific date or occasion.  Our delivery schedules are only estimates, we cannot unfortunately give guarantees as sometimes deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of Small Feet Shoe’s Control.

If you require shoes for a specific date (wedding day’s, events, proms etc) then please contact us first where we can give you an estimate the likely date of your item will arrive.


Non Receipt of your delivery

Please confirm if your order has not arrived to you within the specified delivery dates above and we will try to locate your parcel or you, if unsuccessful we can send a replacement for you free of charge.


Import & Tax charges

All international orders may be liable to pay local import taxes. Small Feet will accept no responsibility for these additional costs.


On Receipt of your order

Small Feet Shoes try our best to source the most fashionable small sized shoes at affordable prices.  If when you receive your order you are not happy or require an exchange for a different size the please follow the link to request a return 


Returns

We know how difficult it is to find that perfect pair of shoes, so if once you receive your purchase and you are not completely happy please return them to us via the returns section at the bottom of our website. If your shoes are faulty please contact us and we will also send you a replacement pair free of charge.


You can return your items for up to 21 days from the receipt date. All shoes must be returned unworn and in the original condition complete with box. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss/damage as refunds will not be issued for goods which are damaged or lost in the post en-route to Small Feet- please contact Royal Mail for re-imbursement. Please note: we issue refunds via the original transaction  upon receipt of your return


Items returned after this date (21 days) without prior notification of requesting an extension will incur a 25% restocking charge.  Items returned after 50 days will be refunded via store credit minus the restocking charge.
