This section tells you about the terms and conditions (Terms of Use) on which you may use our website www.smallfeet.co.uk (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them.

www.smallfeet.co.uk is a site operated by Small Feet Shoes Limited (company number 10568772) (we, our, us). Our office is based at 17 Crawley Lane, Kings Bromley, Burton On Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 &JF. Please note we are not a VAT registered company

Purchasing Products Through Our Site
The purchase of products through our site is governed by our terms and conditions of supply.  Pricing errors will be honored should your order be dispatched.  If you have purchased an item within 2 days of a special offer we will honour this price and refund any monies due.  Items / products with a zero price will be deemed null and void unless a active coupon / gift voucher has been reconciled against the product.

Cancelling Your Order

In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order please contact as soon as possible.  Providing your item has not been dispatched we will of course honour a full refund for you.  Should your item have been dispatched then it is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges for the item to be returned to us.  A refund will be honored upon receipt of the returns minus any postal charges occurred by us.


Delivery Charges

Small Feet Shoe’s charge for delivery within UK, Europe and for the rest of the World, please select your shoes and select shipping option in checkout for a quotation.  Additional pairs of shoes ordered all delivery charges are increased depending on the number of pair’s ordered from us.  For a quotation please select the number of pairs required within the checkout and click on estimate delivery charges.  If you need any help then please email us.  Free delivery is applicable on orders over £60 and apply to UK only.  Orders placed opting for free delivery which then fall below £60 due to item's out of stock / items returned/ discontinued then a delivery charge will be deducted from any refunds due.    


Delivery Schedule

In Stock Items - 

Small Feet Shoes will dispatch all shoe’s from our In Stock selection within 3 business days (mon-fri).  Free delivery is offered for UK only on orders over £60 and aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. 

Express delivery Services Next Day Delivery available week days only with the order cut off time as 2pm, orders after this time will be sent the next working day on next day delivery service.  If placed after this time and your order is needed urgently then please contact us and we can advise if we are able to dispatch that day for you.  Royal Mail 1st Class recorded post, so you can expect your item to be delivered within 5 working day’s.  For Europe your order is sent via Royal Mail, therefor you should receive your order within 5-10 Working days.  For the rest of the world items are sent International Air Mail via Royal Mail and should be delivered with 10-14 working days.  As soon as your item is dispatched you will receive an email from us to notify you.

Made To Order -

Most of our shoes are hand made or made to order for you, there for delivery will be longer than our in stock items.  Delivery will usually be dispatched to you within 14 WORKING DAYS from the date you place your order.   Please note during our busy periods delivery may be delayed, therfore if your item is needed for an occasion then please let us know when placing your order.  As soon as your item is dispatched you will receive an email from us to notify you.

PLEASE NOTE: Order's placed which include both in stock item's and made to order item's on the same order number will be dispatched together in the same package. If you wish for eg the in stock item to be sent separately then please place separate order's with us.  

Polite Notice: We cannot always guarantee these specific time scales as some of our shoes are hand made to order in locations across the world.  Delivery may sometimes get held up when clearing customs within the UK before we can send to you, of course should this happen and your item be delayed we will notify you to keep you fully up to date with your order.  85% of items are delivered within this time schedule but advise to order early especially if they are for a specific date or occasion.  Our delivery schedules are only estimates, we cannot unfortunately give guarantees as sometimes deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of Small Feet Shoe’s Control.

If you require shoes for a specific date (wedding day’s, events, proms etc) then please contact us first where we can give you an estimate the likely date of your item will arrive.


Non Receipt of your delivery

Please confirm if your order has not arrived to you within 14 days of your order being dispatched, so we can try to locate your parcel or you, if unsuccessful we can send a replacement for you free of charge.


Import & Tax charges

All international orders may be liable to pay local import taxes. Small Feet Shoes will accept no responsibility for these additional costs.

EU Import & Tax Charges

Important information for our EU customers. All items will be dispatched DDU (delivery duty unpaid). DDU is where customers pays all customs, duties and fees after their goods have arrived in the destination country. In this scenario, local customs contact you and you must pay any outstanding charges before your goods are released for delivery. Please be aware: Parcels will only be held until payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned, delayed and in some cases destroyed.

If you do not pay these charges and the item is destroyed we will NOT issue a refund.  Items unpaid, returned and received by us will qualify for a refund MINUS postage costs paid .

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS - 

We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts.  Customers are provided with delivery tracking on dispatch via email and it is their duty to make sure someone is available to sign for their orders.  Item's returned to ourselves from customers, who have provided us with incorrect delivery addresses or who have been unable to receive orders will have to pay a secondary delivery charge if returned to ourselves.  In the event they wish to cancel, original delivery costs will be deducted


On Receipt of your order

Small Feet Shoes try our best to source the most fashionable small sized shoes at affordable prices.  If when you receive your order you are not happy or require an exchange for a different size the please follow the link to request a return 


Returns 

You have upto 21 days to return your order to us from when you receive the order.  Please note we do not refund for the cost of any returns. All returns costs are Bourne by the customer unless the item is faulty in which Small Feet Shoes will reimburse you.  If your shoes have been received and are faulty please contact us and we will also send you a replacement pair free of charge.


Please note: we issue refunds via the original transaction on receipt of your return.  Express Delivery charges are not refunded and nor do we refund delivery charges on our hand made to order items as they are made-to-order and bespoke to specialised sizing


Items returned or received after this date (21 days) without prior notification of requesting an extension will be refunded via store credit minus a 15% restocking charge.


Your Information
Information that you provide on our site must be complete and accurate. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. From time to time we may make other services available which require registration.

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing.

Password/Account Security
To access your stored data on our site, you will need to input your account and password details (login details) if available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your login details and any activities that occur under your account. If you have any concerns about your login details or think they have been misused, you should contact Customer Services straight away to let us know. We will be able to deactivate your account at any time.

Third Party Services
We may from time to time make available through our site certain services provided by third parties. To gain access to these services, you must register with these third parties and deal with them direct. We have no control over the content of those third party sites or the performance of these services. Accordingly, you use these services at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Liability
Your use of our site and our liability for products which you may purchase through our site is subject to limitations and exclusions under our terms and conditions of supply. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of our site. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical problems you may experience with our site. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the content on our site we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our site, any website linked to it and any materials posted on it.

Acceptable Use
Certain areas of our site may enable you to enter some content of your own, such as the “email a friend” facility if available. In such cases, the content must not:

contain any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory. promote sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person. be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person. be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case. be used to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

Site Availabilty
If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

Linking to Our Site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with applicable local, national or international law, regulation and good industry practice.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms of Use are governed by English law.
