We are open as normal however some of our services may be effected
To date the government has announced that online retailers can operate as normal, however during what it a testing time for many businesses we may find some of our usual services are disrupted during this worldwide epidemic. As we currently import from several destination's worldwide we are expecting that some services will be effected.
How will this effect me?
Orders placed after 6th April 2020 which are "made to order items"may be delayed longer than usual. As of 7th April we was notified by our courier to expect some service disruption with us receiving our imports. We will of course try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and hope to have order dispatched within 3 to 3.5 weeks however this may be delayed longer.

As of 7th April we was notified by our courier to expect some service disruption with us receiving our imports. We will of course try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and hope to have order dispatched within 4 to 4.5 weeks however this may be delayed longer. Therefor please allow us a further extension of 6-8 days to receive your order and we will try our best keeping updated along the way.
Are in stock item's effected?
UK - Our item's in stock remain unaffected and are dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. Our courier Royal Mail remain open for business and are working hard to deliver the Uk's mail in these unprecedented times. Please note: due to the increased absence levels they have reviewed their special delivery guarantees and have made the following changes:
- Items posted special delivery guaranteed by 1.00pm the next working day will change to by 9pm the next working day.
We send all items via Royal Mail tracked and they are working with their airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services. The number of countries they can access is changing daily.
There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to the lack of available transport links and suspension of certain postal operations. We do strongly advise not to order from us if your destination is listed as "On suspension' as you may have major delays receiving your item. Have you extended your returns policy?
As of 31st March 2020 we have will extend our return policy to allow customers upto 30 days to return from date of receipt. Please follow our usual process of completing our returns form - Returns
