Which forms of payment do you accept?

When you checkout you will be offered a choice of payment methods – payment by cheque, postal order or via PayPal. Paypal is a secure online payment method with no sign up or registration required. PayPal accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo and Delta and also convert international currencies into British Pounds. If you prefer to send us a cheque please be aware that items will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared therefore please allow upto 7 days for delivery. Is paying for items via your website secure?

Customers can pay for items using Paypal which provides a secure online payment service at no cost to yourself. For further details visit www.paypal.com. However, if you prefer not to pay online we are happy for you to send us a cheque or postal order (marked) through the post.

Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

All manufacturers shoe sizes vary, which is why, to ensure we send you the correct size, we advise you to measure your feet and send us these measurements via email to info@smallfeet.co.uk after you have placed an order. If we feel the size you have ordered may not fit an alternative size will be sent.

How should I measure my feet?

To take your measurements first measure the length of each foot in centimeters. Then measure the circumference of your foot around the widest point just behind the toes.

What happens if they don’t fit?

All goods are sent on approval. If you are unhappy with them for any reason simply return unworn in their original condition within ten days of receipt. Please obtains receipt of postage when returning as we can not be held responsible for shoes lost in transit. If you wish to try the same shoe in another size we will send these free for your approval. Please note refunds will be issued upon receipt.

Delivery

How long will it take for my items to arrive & what do you charge for delivery?

Items in stock which are ordered before 5pm on week days are usually sent out the next day via Royal Mail first class. They should be with you the following working day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Should you require urgent delivery please telephone us to discuss your requirements

Do you ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom?

Small Feet ship to anywhere in Europe. All items are sent via Royal Mail standard parcels and should arrive up to 5 days later; however please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

We also ship to the rest of the world however please note, due to size and weight we can only accept a maximum of 2 items per order. If you are interested in purchasing more than this then please contact us. Delivery can sometime take longer, so please all upto 21 days from order date. All international orders may be liable to pay local import taxes. Small Feet will accept no responsibility for these additional costs.

Returns

Can items be returned?

We know how difficult it is to find that perfect pair of shoes, so if once you receive your purchase and you are not completely happy please return them to us. If your shoes are faulty please contact us and we will also send you a replacement pair free of charge.

You can return your items for up to 10 days from the receipt date. All shoes must be returned unworn and in the original condition complete with box. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss/damage as refunds will not be issued for goods which are damaged or lost in the post en-route to Small Feet- please contact Royal Mail for re-imbursement. Please note: we issue refunds via the original transaction ie cheque / paypal / postal order
